Blank Atlas – Terms & Conditions
Content Ownership
All photos and videos captured during any Blank Atlas trip, whether created by our team or shared by travelers, remain the intellectual property of Blank Atlas. This content may be used by Blank Atlas for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across digital and print media. No individual or organization may use this content for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from Blank Atlas.
Payment Policy
Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the departure date. Failure to clear pending payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without any liability on the part of Blank Atlas.
Government ID Verification
Every traveler must carry a valid Government-issued photo ID. ID verification is mandatory before boarding, and no traveler will be allowed to join the trip without valid identification.
Booking Transfer
Confirmed bookings are non-transferable. Only the traveler(s) whose names were provided at the time of booking confirmation will be permitted to travel.
Passport Requirements (International Trips)
Travelers booking international tours must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of travel and is in good condition. Blank Atlas is not responsible for denied boarding or immigration issues arising from invalid or damaged passports. Any additional expenses due to deportation, denied entry, or alternate travel arrangements shall be borne entirely by the traveler.
Unused Inclusions
No refund, adjustment, or compensation will be provided for any services, meals, activities, or inclusions that are not utilized by the traveler during the trip.
Personal Belongings
Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage, valuables, and personal belongings. Blank Atlas shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the trip.
Reporting & Departure
All travelers must report to the designated pickup location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and remain in contact with the assigned Trip Coordinator.
Departure Timings
Departure timings are fixed and strictly followed. Travelers arriving late or missing the departure will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Blank Atlas will attempt to contact the traveler twice before departure.
Transportation Guidelines
Air conditioning may be switched off while traveling through hilly terrain or whenever deemed necessary by the driver for safety and vehicle performance. The driver’s decision regarding vehicle operation shall be final.
Health & Safety
Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances during the trip are strictly prohibited. Many of our trips involve trekking, camping, and other physically demanding activities. Travelers are advised to ensure they are medically fit before joining.
Risk Acknowledgement
Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, property loss, financial loss, or death. By joining a Blank Atlas trip, travelers acknowledge and accept these risks. Blank Atlas, its employees, partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, delay, or claim arising from circumstances beyond its direct control.
Code of Conduct
Blank Atlas promotes a respectful and friendly travel community. Misconduct, harassment, violence, abuse, damage to property, or indiscipline of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the trip without any refund.
Force Majeure
Blank Atlas shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or additional expenses arising due to weather conditions, natural disasters, landslides, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
Travel Insurance
Blank Atlas does not provide travel or medical insurance unless specifically mentioned in the trip package. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase suitable travel insurance for medical emergencies, accidents, theft, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen situations.
Itinerary Changes
Trip itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, operational requirements, or the overall safety and well-being of the group. Blank Atlas reserves the right to modify the itinerary whenever necessary without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Blank Atlas, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
